art North Fork of the Yuba River on a fine day in May.
Music: The Old Rambler

North Fork of the Yuba River

The sun blazed down on the old corrugated tin
It was warm inside the small ancient cabin
The noise of the river was overwhelming the first day
By the second day it seemed have to faded away

It was then that you could hear the birds sing
Their singing competition is such a delightful thing
My dog Duffy gave a low growl in warning
Evidence of a bear was clear in the morning
