art Isle of Innisfree was inspired by a trip along the banks of Lough Gil to
the view of Innisfree, a small island immortalized by W. B. Yeats. It is a
serene spot filled with emotion for those that understand its true
significance to Ireland.

Isle of Innisfree

One of the Irish greats, W.B. Yeats
Wrote of the Isle of Innisfree
It's a magical place, which everyone should see
When seen by me, the horizon clouds roiled black
No wind ruffled the waters; they were smooth and slack
Located a short distance off the shore
Trees, a small rocky beach and not much more
You can reach the island rowed in a boat
Much like a castle with a moat
It shall be free forever more
