Music: The Old Rambler

This little work was one of the first boats I painted and I gave it to my father who made boats from wood and then he raced them on Folsom lake. Late in life he was selected as the Commodore of the Washington Lake Yacht Club. He placed the painting on a small shelf in the living room, a room whose walls were filled with my mother’s paintings. I was impressed that he allowed me to share the space.
